KEY PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
- Supervised the team responsible for removal, handling, sampling, characterization, consolidation, packaging and disposal of 600+ buried drums (some in Level A PPE) at the Boarhead Farms Superfund Site in Doylestown, PA. Handled substantial amounts of very concentrated acids, high levels of PCBs (40,000+ ppm), and compounds on the EPA’s “List of Extremely Hazardous Substances.

- Supervised drum handling, sampling, bulking, and processing for off-site disposal activities in support of the Chemsol, Inc. Superfund Site Remedial Action project (high hazard remediation component) in Piscataway, NJ. Led the HHRT responsible for removal, inspection, handling, sampling, on-site analyses, characterization and disposal of 700+ containers of various lab pack/unknown chemical products found buried on-site during remedial excavation.

- Member of the field team that identified, sampled, field tested (hazcat analysis), and classified 240 drums at Ciba Giegy’s Toms River, NJ Site (DDA Drum Project).

- Participated in the excavation and removal of over 30,000 cy of PCB contam¬inated soil located at three Texas-Eastern sites in NJ. Served as field chemist responsible for the collection of post-excavation & waste classification samples.

- Participated in the excava¬tion/offsite T&D of 14,000 tons of PCB contaminated soils from the Goose Farm Superfund Site in Plumstead Township, NJ.

- Supervised CODE's $600,000/year annual lab pack/high hazard waste remediation contract with Rutgers University. Implemented creative bulking and recycling programs which resulted in consider¬able cost savings for the University..

- Managed waste disposal contract for pharmaceutical company in Edison, NJ. Designed waste disposal program at this location.
