KEY PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
- Manage remedial operations associated with a multi-year, multi-site, multi-million dollar Environmental Services Agreement at Cytec facilities throughout the northeast. Representative projects have included impacted soil remediation, storage tank management, surface impoundment closure, capping, sheetpile installation, and both partial and full facility decontamination/demolition.

- Managed the $4.5 million Chemsol Superfund Site Remedial Action in Piscataway, New Jersey. Project involved excavation and off-site T&D of 60,000+ tons of contaminated soils and sediment; dewatering and sediment stabilization; unknown buried drum identification, handling and disposal; storm sewer line removal, abandonment, and installation; soil cap construction and wetlands restoration.

- Managed a $3.5 million multi-layer landfill capping and closure project in Hazleton, Pennsylvania.

- Managed the $2.8 million Hexagon Labs Superfund Project in New York City.

- Managed/administered the $1.3 million Boarhead Farms Superfund Site Remedial Action Project in Pennsylvania. Project included removal and handling of 600+ drums (some in Level A PPE).

- Managed site remediation projects involving MGP impacted soil excavation and off-site disposal for KeySpan Energy at multiple sites in New York City.

- Managed remediation of a five-acre, VOC-impacted, tidal influenced area at the Plaza Materials Site in Mount Vernon, New York. This $1.7 million project involved installation/operation of a GW remediation system; design, installation, and operation of an interim free product recovery system; and installation of a sheet pile barrier containment wall to bedrock at 55 feet.

- Managed the installation of a sludge and sediment containment engineering controls, including installation of a deep sheet pile barrier in the Rahway River. This $1.6 million project was the first of its kind every performed in New Jersey.

- Managed field operations at the College Towers Site in Jersey City. This $1.6 million remediation project involved excavation and removal of ~14,000 cy of impacted soils from various areas within an occupied residential building complex.

- Managed a $1.5 million decon/demo project at a specialty chemical facility in Stamford, CT. Project involved the chemical cleaning of mercaptans, mercury, PCB and organic intermediate chemicals from tanks, reaction vessels, reactors, processing piping, and building interiors. Successfully coordinated work with ongoing site operations and multiple other site contractors.

- Managed the excavation of PCB-contaminated soil, TSCA cap construction, high hazard waste remediation, stream bypass and stabilization, wetlands remediation and restoration at a Brownfields Site in New Jersey.

- Managed a $500,000 emergency spill response project at an active chemical processing plant located on the tidal influenced banks of the Arthur Kill River in Carteret, New Jersey.
